Lisa Minich

Lisa Minich is a senior director of Tax Credit Advisory Services at Zelman, based remotely in Florida. In her role, she is responsible for assisting in the closing of LIHTC transactions and gathering data on LIHTC investors.
Prior to Zelman, Ms. Minich was the investor relations vice president at Walker and Dunlop Affordable Equity for 24 years. She began her career as controller at Alliant Capital Ltd., prior to the acquisition by Walker and Dunlop, and held multiple positions in investment management as well.
Ms. Minich earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University. She lives in Naples, Florida.
