Zelman served as Co-Manager for Home Point Capital (NASDAQ: HMPT) in connection with its successful initial public offering. Home Point successfully sold 7.25 million shares at $13.00 per share resulting in $94 million of gross proceeds and a $1.8 billion market value of equity at time of IPO.

Zelman served as Lead Manager for Dream Finders Homes (NASDAQ: DFH) in connection with its successful initial public offering. Dream Finders sold over 11 million shares at $13.00 per share resulting in $144 million of gross proceeds and a $1.2 billion market value of equity at time of IPO.
