Debt Financing Announcement: United Wholesale Mortgage Priced $700 Million of Senior Notes
Zelman served as Co-Manager for United Wholesale Mortgage (NYSE: UWMC) in connection with its successful $700 million offering of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2029. United Wholesale Mortgage was founded in 1986 in Pontiac, Michigan and is the second largest mortgage originator and largest wholesale mortgage originator in the United States. UWMC originated $183 billion of mortgages in 2020, accounting for 4.5% of the total U.S. residential mortgage market.
