Charlie Flynn

Charlie Flynn is an associate at Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop company | Investment Banking, and based in New York, New York. In this role, he is responsible for mergers and acquisitions advisory and capital markets transactions across the housing industry.
Prior to joining Zelman, Mr. Flynn served as an analyst at CoreVest, where he performed cash flow and debt service analysis for single-family and multifamily residential assets nationwide. Before that, he served as a summer analyst at WestCap Group.
Mr. Flynn earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University.
