Charlie Flynn

Charlie Flynn is an investment banking associate on the research and securities banking team at Zelman, based in New York. In his role, he is responsible for M&A advisory and capital market transactions across the housing industry. 

Prior to Zelman, Mr. Flynn was an analyst at CoreVest, where he performed cash-flow and debt service analysis on single-family and multifamily residential assets across the country. Before that, he served as a summer analyst at WestCap Group. 

Mr. Flynn earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University.
