Jesse Lederman

Jesse Lederman is an associate director of research and securities at Zelman, based in New York. In his role, he leads our research across the Manufactured Housing and Single-Family Rental sectors.

Prior to joining Zelman, Mr. Lederman was an associate at Blue Line Advisors, a private equity fund focused on the transportation and logistics sector. Before that, he was a valuations specialist at Ernst & Young. 

Mr. Lederman earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Binghamton University’s School of Management, where he graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is certified with the Series 63, 86, and 87 licenses.
