Natalie Kulasekere is an equity research associate at Zelman, based in New York. In her role, she is responsible for assisting in the coverage of the homebuilding and land development sectors.
Prior to joining Zelman, Ms. Kulasekere worked on the research team at Capital Alliance Securities in Sri Lanka, covering the domestic construction materials sector.
Ms. Kulasekere earned her bachelor’s degree in financial risk management and banking and finance from Victoria University and her master’s degree in business analytics and finance from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
