Nate Emerton
Managing Director
Nate Emerton is a managing director of Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company | Sales, and based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, he is responsible for sales across the firm's research and securities platform, working with institutional clients on equity research, trading, and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Zelman, Mr. Emerton served at Berenberg Capital Markets, where he sold U.S. equity research and capital markets transactions. Before that, he held institutional sales roles at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, Ned Davis Research, and ThinkEquity Partners.
Mr. Emerton earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Drake University.
