Paige Strackman
Senior Director
Paige Strackman is a senior director at Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop company | Tax Credit Advisory Services, and based in Austin, Texas. In this role, she is responsible for supporting secondary transaction closings, conducting real estate risk reviews, and helping shape the group’s strategic direction.
Prior to joining Zelman, Ms. Strackman held senior Low-Income Housing Tax Credit asset management and underwriting roles at three of the top 10 U.S. banks. Before that, she managed four asset management divisions at the nation’s largest housing agency, gaining experience in credit committee, public policy, and government affairs matters.
Ms. Strackman earned a bachelor’s degree in music performance from Belmont University.
