Paige Strackman
Senior Director
Paige Strackman is a Senior Director of Tax Credit Advisory Services at Zelman, based in Austin, Texas. As part of the Tax Credit team, Paige contributes to closing secondary transactions, conducts real estate risk reviews, and helps shape the group’s strategic direction.
Prior to Zelman, Ms. Strackman held senior LIHTC Asset Management and Underwriting roles at three of the Top 10 U.S. Banks. She also managed four Asset Management divisions at the largest housing agency in the country, gaining credit committee, public policy, and government affairs experience.
Ms. Strackman earned her bachelor’s degree in music performance from Belmont University.
