Terry Walsh
Managing Director
Terry Walsh is a managing director of Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company| Sales, and based in Newport, Rhode Island. In this role, he is responsible for sales across the firm's research and securities platform, working with institutional clients on equity research, trading, and investment strategies.
Prior to joining Zelman, Mr. Walsh served as a managing director at Rosenblatt Securities, where he focused on equity research sales for technology, media, and telecommunications investors. Before that, he worked in institutional sales at Wedge Partners, covering institutional investors across the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
Mr. Walsh earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from John Carroll University. He serves on the investment board of the Diocese of Providence.
