Our data stretches back to 2000 and covers traffic, new orders and cancellations for a significant sample of communities. Order results have been over 90% correlated to public builder results and, in conjunction with our more-expansive monthly Homebuilding Survey, allows us to produce more accurate financial projections in a more timely manner than consensus.
