Each month, we survey our network of third-party single-family property managers and internally-managed owners that range from small, local portfolios to large portfolios that are focused across multiple markets or regions of the country. Our time series allows for relevant historical comparisons, which are highly correlated to public single-family REIT fundamentals and operating results.
