
Kevin Kaczmarek
Head of Data & Analytics
Kevin Kaczmarek is a managing director and head of Data and Analytics at Zelman, based in New York. In his role, he is responsible for leading all aspects of Zelman's data strategy, including creating and managing data-related products, overseeing data acquisitions and designing, building and maintaining Zelman’s cloud-based data warehouse and cloud computing resources. His specialties include leveraging various software applications and coding languages to perform proprietary calculations across the housing industry.
Prior to his current role, he led the firm’s mortgage research effort, including covering equities within the title insurance and mortgage technology spaces. Before joining the Zelman team, he spent four years in Equity Research at Morgan Stanley covering the Diversified Financials sector, and he also worked as an investment banker for five years, primarily at Bear Stearns.
Mr. Kaczmarek earned his bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and his master’s degree in physics from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
