Marius Morar

Marius Morar is a managing director at Zelman, a Walker & Dunlop Company| Research, and based in New York, New York. In this role, he is responsible for covering the consumer sector as part of the firm’s research platform.

Prior to joining Zelman, Mr. Morar served as an equity research vice president at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank, where he covered the building products sector.

Mr. Morar earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy from the University of California, Irvine. He resides in New York with his wife and their two sons.
