Ryan McKeveny

Ryan McKeveny is a managing director of research and securities at Zelman, based in Chicago. In his role, he leads Zelman’s research efforts covering the mortgage and real estate services sectors, where he conducts and communicates economic and fundamental research on the housing market and housing-related equities. His work caters to institutional investors, real estate services executives, and other housing industry participants.

Prior to his current role, Mr. McKeveny was involved with the firm’s efforts covering the homebuilding and mortgage finance sectors.

Mr. McKeveny earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from Villanova University. Additionally, he holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
